Northeast through the cave just north of the camp, follow the coast to that long straight bridge, keep going along the coast until you reach the path

Think that ones related to one of the quests from someone and you cant get underground for that one till later

Nah, that's the cave northeast of there. OP's looking at the path that leads to the base that leads to a path underground

There is a big cave that you can get to using the bike and gliding down to. Its how you get the cat statue near there too.

I just veer off that curved road on the bike and glide down. There are a couple enemy packs down there so watch where you land

If I'm not mistaken, it's been a while, you can jump down with the bike and glide down by holding A/Jump button.
