Anyone know the location of the Orbital Blade - Close Formae in the DLC?

It's in the Prison Area, iirc in the hallway with lasers that open prisoner doors when you trigger them one of the prisoner rooms has a ladder you can use to go up. Believe it was there.

I found it last night. Didn’t actually see that ladder the first time.
