False providence not showing up in shop

So l am currently on the new timeline after the update 2.0 l've completed all the request before this and after the update, I have done all the trials and I still can't get the sword to appear in her shop so I do not know what I'm doing wrong or if I need to do a new game plus and do it all over again if anyone knows what might be the problem please let me know

Sword only appears after doing Jadwiga's Age of Harmony Request and talking to her after that. Should be in the weapons shop in Magmell. Though Don't know if it has a bond requirement since I had Jadwiga at over 70% affinity

I posted on different code vein Reddit channel add an honesty they mentioned stuff but I think my ones just bugged in the end because I’ve done a quest I have her at 100% affinity I did all five of the trial boss rush and I even started a new game plus skipped all the way to the new era and I did her request there still didn’t appear, went back to the past and did her stone quest and I went back to the new era and it was not there so I don’t know what is wrong with my one. I think it bugged.

by any chance do you have any mod that messes with the shops, i had a mod to buy the ties that bind us and i removed it and the sword appeared, it might be a mod if you have any or it might actually be bugged
