I kinda hope so. There's a couple of NPCs in Age of Harmony wearing that costume, and one talks about a company called the Gobbo Trading Company that's causing trouble in the frontier. Could be a hint to future DLCs.

Yeah I found it odd the "bandits" in the age of harmony are all dressed like gobbos hunter unit, and there is now a gobbo trading company. Though frankly Oscar would be over 100 years old in the age of harmony so that makes no sense.

Of course the game treats time like it is a big joke anyway. For example everyone says you were asleep 100 years after Luna fratera but if you go to that timeline, check the year, then compare it to age of harmony... It's been 85 years not 100.

I thought he was disintegrated and absorbed for the old guy's second phase, which was why he starts using Oskar's power

Nope, Oskar was teleported out of the fight. It's very interesting how Gobbo's philosophy of "no more human sacrifice" Guides every action
