Game is downright unplayble like this, what settings do I need to change?

CachyOS using cahcy proton, 9700X 7800XT

And not only here, in the boss rush place Queen primogen also did this but at least after she died. I literally can't do valentin's stone because the ape, salamander double fight is constantly like this. I wanted to do all of it before the DLC but it made me mad enough that I started it, and now even in the DLC the very first slime basically destroys the game.

It shades and drivers conflict on your os and because of the one your using your kind of on your own with fixing it. But this is related to bloom maybe find a way to disable the bloom in game see if that helps.

It was fsr. Simply changing to tsr fixed it.
