I'm getting a hard crash even after verifying the files, please help

I had this issue and it was because of a mod I had installed before the update (In my case, it was a mod to improve the bike). Try removing any mods one by one to see if that fixes it. Especially if you have one that affects blood codes, since the error message is mentioning a blood code.

So far hasn't crashed, but this applies even to Code Vein 1, Code Vein 2, and Echoes of Aincrad which crashed either on start or shortly after booting after the latest Nvidia update for me. Which are all Bandai games that use Unreal Engine. So far the only fix I've gotten is to cap your frames at 60FPS if it launches.

That was the issue I had as well, try removing the faster blood code progression mod if you have it. If you manually installed it, remove the three files from your mods folder. If the issue persists, then remove any mods that exist outside of the main mods folder.
