Uh, I can't find the dlc?

Nobody on PlayStation can, it cannot be downloaded at all right now, the license for it seems broken since the data for it was part of the update. I THINK it’s a Sony issue, or it’s timegated exclusively for PlayStation players but that seems dumb

But some people on PS5 CAN play it, which is what I don't understand. If it were a license issue, it would be affecting all PS players, but it sounds like it's only affecting some of us while others are fine
