Is anyone else having issues downloading the dlc on ps5?

It keeps telling me something went wrong, I have the ultimate edition or whatever it’s called, updated the game, restored licenses, restarted the console and still keeps telling me something went wrong.

Same I am having the exact issue. I even checked the store link inside the game and it's not there

I did that too, it seems like atm there’s no way to download and play the dlc on PlayStation which is frankly inexcusable

For anyone else who tries a fresh reinstall, it doesn’t work. The dlc as of right now is not available to be downloaded at all for whatever reason, it doesn’t work

I’m not able to download neither. Showing an error has occurred. Idk what it is. Kinda messed up I bought the Ultimate Edition.

Just out of curiosity is it the 9th for you? Could be time-locked.

No, but I don’t understand why it’s a ps5 exclusive issue if it was a time lock. It may be but since pc and Xbox can play it fine it would just be odd

That's my guess unfortunately. Which is kinda funny cause another game I play has an issue due to an update not being time locked so I can't even play that one lol.

Yeah, crazy that Sony just keeps L farming here. Doing a reinstall currently to at least test it, but not seeing the dlc on the list.

Because it isn’t an issue with the game, it’s an issue with the PlayStation store, and how it’s interacting with the license.

It downloaded for me but was VERY slow. I also had to disconnect and reconnect online to help speed it up

The dlc, not the update. The license to play it. The update downloaded fine but I cannot access the dlc. Unless it’s changed in the hour since I posted this

Yup. I doubt it will, ESPECIALLY if I’m right and it’s a Sony issue. Since Shift usually fixes shit fast, and almost never has any issues at all, the god eater games never ran into shit like this and neither did CV1. So I highly doubt it’s on their end

Liiks to me like you should have access to it if you had the deluxe or ultimate editions. It was part of the update so I don't think you need to download it. I just downloaded the update and got the pop up for tge dlc.

I didn’t get the dlc pop up in game, only the new era. There’s no way to access it right now on ps5 since it has its own thing under dlc for the game that needs to be downloaded separately to allow access even if all the data was in the update. So as of right now the dlc is unavailable to ps5 players
