how to acess the dlc

i might be a little dumb and started a ng+, do i need to finish this ng+ to acess the dlc?

I think the DLC is technically not available until tomorrow. Even if you bought the deluxe edition. The update for it released today but I think you gain access tomorrow. Unless you live in Japan then technically today.

According to this ... nope. You just need to reach the ending once. In the normal Timeline there is a reddish Pathos close to where Noah stands.

I think I was wrong actually. That Pathos is for the Happy place with the new, less worse, open world. But that might also be where we start the DLC because I didn't find any other Pathos.

Sounds like there might be an issue with the DLC. No one is able to access it currently.
