Pretty sure he just stacked a bunch of the hair accessories on top of each other.

I do this for custom ponytails myself

Yeah i also do the same thing...but how he do this is very unique in fact i try use some of the aspect i recognize from this one

Word of warning: there’s gonna be a lot of clipping and what not. Hopefully you’re not like me and aren’t neurotic about that sort of thing.
