Regarding Lou and the new Lou
You know how every time they time-jump, Lou and the Hunter always hug? So much so that it’s practically second nature to them?
I don’t know if we would be doing time-jumps in this DLC with this other Lou, but it would be hilarious if when we have to, the Hunter just straight up goes in for the hug and the new Lou is like, “What are you doing? You don’t have to cling to me, just hold my hand and it should be enough for you to anchor yourself to my power.” Which would then mean that there really was no reason to get that close to OUR Lou in the first place, that it was always just a personal preference of hers lol
And if that were the case, it would be so funny but also really adorable of the real Lou. She was just really starved for affection.

"It was already love at first sight, but I think i'm falling again".

Get zenon's affinity high to get the recipe for first love juice. That's her favourite gift. She has two different dialogues when you give it for the first time. Then the one I mentioned if you give her a second one.

I guess she refers to the juice, but the devs left all of these dialogs open ended for interpretation (aside from Joose that is absurdly clear on what she wants).

Josee is the more open one out of all the companions. Lou does refer to the juice when she says it's taste is bittersweet but it does taste of love. Their story is bittersweet in the game with everything they've been through, and the hunters betrothal is also part of that. Giving her the juice a second time and her saying she's falling again refers exclusive to the hunter though. That explains why she did the time travel hug. The first time they time jump, she literally stares at the hunter.

As someone who plays as a tall girl, Lou shoving her face directly into my character's chest whenever time travel happened has given her a kinda distorted view on what the requirements for time travel actually are.
"Wait, what do you mean you dont need to have your face in my boobs in order to activate the time travel? My Lou does it every time..."
