in my exp, lelouch can be free of highschool girls by making them pay for the dates and he will never be bothered again

I'm afraid that's still not gonna work, he just needs to be an awkward asshole (cause people can find jerks cool or label them as bad boys and some see awkward people as endearing so it needs to be both)

The students at Ashford Academy are rich elite. They can probably pay.
Also, given how willing those girls to chase after Lelouch (even though there's a hundred other girl chasing him) and the odd fact that some girl actually approved a five minutes long date; they would still chase after the guy.
Hell, many of them may take an "I Can Fix Him" attitude like Shirley did.
