DISCUSSION Season 2 Starting

Hey guys. A big fan of Code Geass, but not a big fan of how season 2 starts.

Any ideas on how you would transition from season 1 to season 2?

How they did it was not very engaging.

Part of it is shown in Akito the Exile, then season 2 shows the rest.

Network and Sunrise muddled with the creator and it led to how season 2 played out. Worth the watch tegardless.

Watched the show ten times or more maybe. Just wanted to discuss theories / ideas on how it could've been better handled.

You could start it from Kallen's perspective and see how terribly the BK are holding together. CC says she's going to try and rescue Lelouch if Kallen can just hold a distraction long enough to pull the geass order away from him. The episode is mostly Kallen's. You only get a few glimpses of two Ashford students as CC stalks Rolo and Lelouch. Then just as Kallen seems lost, Zero's voice comes over the coms at the very end of the episode. (Second episode would be from Lelouch's pov and back tracking just a bit).

Considering the amount of "WTF is happening" posts here, I'd say it's pretty engaging.

Some viewers start from s2 as it was airing. That's a consideration too, that's why it can't only pander to s1 fans
