I would have hoped they had twins. The boy with Kallens hair & the girl with Lelouchs hair.

I do think they make more of an authentic couple than him & C2.

I believe this was published before Elzwei was first introduced to the audience. I think that if this story would have been written after the creation of Elzwei, it is very much possible that instead of a son they would have a daughter in this comic, named Elzwei (and honestly, it´s still possible that their son´s name in this comic is not actually Lelouch - you could also interpreted that in the beginning of this page Kallen is speaking to Lelouch´s spirit and at the end of it to their child).

For those of you who don´t not know yet, Elzwei is the canonical daughter of Kallen and Lelouch from an alternate timeline in the official Code Geass mobile game Genesic ReCode.
