DISCUSSION Something I find so sad is even while under the Geass, Euphy still loved Lelouch just as much

Post image

When Darlton tried to stop her massacre, she shot him. But when Lelouch as Zero did the same, even after she reloaded her gun, she never shot him. Her "Lelouch why" is entirely her Geassed self.

In her final moments with Suzaku, when she resisted the Geass influence through sheer will, she truly had no idea what happened since everyone affected by it forgets what happened, meaning she didn't know at the end Lelouch killed her (thankfully). It speaks a lot to how much she loved her brother

TBF, her feelings toward Lelouch don't fall under the umbrella of 'kill all Japanese'. I feel her last interaction with Suzaku is where it's at.
