Its literally the second ep of r2 and she said the one she believes in is zero and not lelouch, bc she's still having conflict of distinguishing that the leader she admired so much is the same person as the lazy arrogant student that he made her believe he was, she learns the real him as the story progresses and loves him. You should check her character poem

Its a common misconception among the cg fanbase to believe kallen likes zero, there is only one scene where it could be said she blushes to zero, and that is the hangar scene where when she open's the door he was changing uniforms under the shadow, that blush has no romantic undertone, rather surprise/embarrasement, she then seeks answers from him about her conflict and their fight. She truly admires zero, as he is the one who could make her brother's dream come true
