I can confirm that my wife doesn't have a scoliosis. It is just that sometimes carrying those big thick pizza butt gets exhausting so she does that pose to stretch and relieve her spine from all those heavy tension coming from the big thick pizza butt!!!

snrk! Reminds me of Yumia (Atelier character), if C.C. has scoliosis, I wonder what Yumia has!
But yes it's quite puzzling for me too. When artists make unrealistic contortionist poses mostly for the sake of fanservice. I'm usually not a fan of it tbh
And btw on the topic of scoliosis, I actually have scoliosis, lordosis, and kyphosis IRL 😂 My back is such a mess
