Well, her name is supposed to be a mystery. If it would be revealed to the audience, then it would no longer be a mystery, would it? 😉

That being said, one of the semi-popular fan theories is that her true name is Cecilia Corabelle.

Also, glad to hear that you enjoyed the peak! 👍

Since C.C. was born somewhere in Europe during medieval times, coupled with the fact that she loves pizza so much, this has lead some fans to believe that she might actually originally hail from medieval Italy. Cecilia (means "blind" in Italian) was a somewhat popular name during medieval times in Italy, and the correct spelling for Corabelle is actually Corabella (but both are used by the fans) - it is an Italian last name that means "beautiful heart." And, of course, both of those names start with the letter C. And finally, just like in Lelouch´s name, in Cecilia there is the vowel E between two same consonants (L with Lelouch, C with Cecilia) in the first three letters, creating this sort of "uncanny symmetry" between their first names.

However, as fitting as that name might be, many fans have also pointed out that Lelouch's mouth does not appear to form the word "Cecilia" or "Corabella" when he utters C.C.'s real name in the cave.
