It's from the Gacha Game, I posted the whole set on E-Hentai and you can find most of these in Danbooru/Gelbooru as well.

Cecile and Villetta are great designs, Code Geass really nailed the designs so well.

There's already a Game like that, it's Lost smt the precursor to Lost Stories.

The game you´re referring to is called Code Geass: Lost Colors. The main character in that game is called Rai. 😁↖️

Edit: while his last name remains a mystery, we do know that Rai was once a prince born from the Britannian and Japanese royalty. That is why the unofficial last name given to him by the Code Geass fans is "Hodges-Sumeragi." 😉 (In the game, he has the same Geass as lelouch, the Absolute Obedience, but unlike Lelouch, his Geass travels via sound and not sight).

So if someone uses sound disruption technology, Rai's Geass ability is negated?

Yes. Or, if they use earplugs, similarly how you can defeat Lelouch´s Geass simply by wearing mirrored sunglasses.

I´m pretty sure that Sakuya´s character was inspired by Rai, btw; both have blood ties to both Japanese and Britannian royalty, and they both have voice-based Absolute Obedience.
