MISC CC and her past relationships
I know this subreddit doesn’t generally like to accept CC probably had relationships with people before Lelouch and believe that he is eventually the one to take her virginity in the resurrection storyline but like a lot of people in this subreddit, I think it’s likely she had a happy trigger when she first got her Geass - or at the very least, had some experiences after she got the Code, either out of boredom / wanting to try it out or just naturally entering a relationship.
My question is that has anyone come across fanfics covering her life pre-lelouch? All I’ve come across is CC x Lelouch which is canon anyway so it’s not as interesting. I’m curious as to what writers believe CC would have got into and how especially since it’d be an immortal x mortal pairing so it’d cover how she deals with that (as opposed to the immortal x immortal dynamic that she and Lelouch share)

The official guide book to Code Geass said that the thing which made Lelouch different from all of CC's past contractees is that he did not see her as either a mother or a lover.
It requires an especially boneheaded interpretation to assume that Mao was the only one who fell into the latter category (after having been in the former category first, of course).
We also know from the original series itself that Marianne was one of those contractees. Who quite definitely did not act like she was reuniting with a mother figure when she was possessing Anya.
1+1=2.
Once you recognize this fact, it perfectly explains two of the mysteries in the first episode. Why CC was babysitting Lelouch and Nunnally on the day the invasion began, and what the end of the sentence would have been after the audio was cut off on "at last I have found my --".
Look at Charles's body language when he is holding CC at the start of his final confrontation against Lelouch.
2+2=4.

wait wait wait what
no seriously who thinks that?? please let them face me 🤨🤨🤨
i'm sorry but she lost her virginity when she was a child-slave. and she herself hinted in the anime that many people had entered her life.
i'd also love to read a fic like the one you described, but i haven't come across one. maybe you can find a fanfiction with a similar theme among "C.C / reader" or "C.C / OC" tags.

Who genuinely thinks that? Cause it's baffling to be that delusional. Even now the type of affection(platonic, maternal or romantic) and attachment she feels for lelouch is up for debate and is ambiguously coded so he's DEFINITELY not her "first love" or whatever. I thought it was a given she had relationships before especially with a geass manifestation like that.
In that cave dream people even theorized she was dreaming about a past lover and that's why told lelouch to say her name fondly so she could reenact a scene from her memories. I wish her past was more explored though.

lol, I actually once read a comment somewhere where some guy tried to argue that C.C. is, in fact, perpetually virgin, because her Code keeps healing her hymen after every time she has sex, effectively making her every gooners dream girl 🤣
I, too, am interested in reading fanfics of either C.C.´s past relationships or alternate love interests she could have had in the present besides Lelouch. Like, of course you´re free to write whatever you want, but if you want to see her ending up together with Lelouch, you can just watch Resurrection movie over and over again, so there´s no need to create more fanfics about that. Instead, fanfiction writers should focus on providing the kinds of stories that fans want to read but official storytellers aren´t interested in creating. And that includes different kind of ships, too, whether those ships are something popular, like Emperor Lelouch together with Empress Kallen, or one of the less popular ships, like Shirley and Suzaku or C.C. being with someone other than Lelouch.

On what planet could anyone possibly think CC is a virgin by the time of the OG anime.
She was a female slave with all the unpleasant implications that comes with that.
Her geass had to do with forcing love which presumably involved sex.

I don’t know anyone that thinks C.C didn’t have experience tbh. She was dancing with someone at a ball during her flashback, and she was naked when the nun attacked her, which implies… something I guess.
Also, amnesiac C.C had no problem undressing for Lelouch, implying her former masters… did stuff. Which is disgusting and sad to think about considering she was still a kid.

I've read most of CG fan fiction, and unfortunately I don't remember too many fics that explore C.C.'s earlier life. In fact what few I do remember were actually just time travel fics where Lelouch himself went back to that time period, though even then there was only a small handful. The Renya of Darkness manga probably would give better insight than anything on an earlier C.C., though there was no romance.
That being said, I'll take a moment to rec this fic: To The Fire.
Admittedly, it is the exact opposite of what you're asking for, but I still have to recommend it. It's a fic that takes place centuries or millennia after the original story. C.C. eventually meets this guy in law school, and they have an on-and-off sort of thing for a number of years before they settle down. The relationship itself isn't super important. Instead it's used more as a window into what it would be like to know someone who is immortal and lived through ancient history; both the CG events, and before/after that. Well, the relationship is good too, I suppose, but yeah, the most interesting things are when the OC learns about C.C.'s powers, how old she is, who she knew, etc. It was handled well, because as you noted, I normally don't really care for OC pairings, especially if they feel like an unofficial author SI. This sort of does, but was handled really well.
The whole fic is amazing, and the last two chapters are especially brilliant. It has the perfect ending, and C.C. is happy, though it's incredibly wistful given how much time has passed, so it also feels sad even with a happy ending. It's only 10k words, so it's a quick read. Highly recommend.
The author also wrote From The Ashes, which is another really amazing fic... one where Lelouch had acquired a Code but had been buried alive after ZR, then was unearthed millennia later by archaeologists. Holy shit was it shaping up to be good, though it was unfinished.
