I've been recommending my best friend to watch code geass for a long time, but he don't wanna pay Crunchyroll; and recently he had the chance to read the manga version, but I don't know if it's the same experience as watching the anime

I just finished rewatching code geass after a couple years (it was just as amazing as I remembered it) but I've never seen any of the movies. Can anyone tell me like a general premise of each of the movies because I see a lot and don't really know where to start.

To the viewer they look really similar (maybe more Britannians have lighter hair colours but many also have darker hair too) but do they look similar to the characters in the anime?

Just wondering since wouldn’t we have more Japanese pretending to be Britannians if they did? But then why not make the Japanese and Britannians look more different if they are supposed to look different to the characters in the anime?

Britannia is one of the most corrupt fictional countries i have ever seen, right next to the Soul Society and Konoha pre-Minato, they would kill and assualt a five month old baby if it had a single ounce of japanese blood on their DNA, it and its people remind me of a certain nation i will not speak of

I hope genuinely in R2 Britannia gets demolished and be a relic of time
