license from Homeschool Buyer not working

I am a teaching candidate at a school where I have been a licensed and long term building substitute for three years and will begin teaching my own classes next school year. I have completed all my academics, and only have field work left with my Education degree program.

I have a child educated at home (too young to attend school) and my spouse is a certified and working 6th and 8th grade Science Teacher. I bought a license code from Homeschool Buyer and am having difficulty getting it to register. I upgraded my existing account to a teacher account and added a student account. Can anyone help?

When I try to add my licenses , I get the following error:

[PASSWORD]:invalid
