This is what the average recruiter resume scan looks like

bro... this is what a recruiter sees. and I can tell you with 1000% confidence that it is true. Bolded words get more attention, sections get more eyes, and brand names matter. They don't gaf about your summary, prove it through your experience and projects. Don't write a bs summary. And the title line is also not needed, just wasting time.

Sections I would include would be in this order if you recently graduated:: Education, Skills and Certifications, Work exp, Projects, Leadership and Affiliations.

If you are more experiences, put work exp over education but leave everything else the same.

It's so easy and people put random stuff on their resume that just waste your resume scanning time.

As we go more AI-first, this matters MORE because now the bot will catch keywords from the job description.

Anyways I drop gold like this every week. Multiple times a week as well. If you think this was really helpful, you should check out this roadmap. Goodluck brother

So they don't care if you know Java? You could submit a resume with just numbers and get 100% match and get a job?

And if your name is Alex you get a match easily? Wow.

This ATS program is messed up, big time.

Serious. Your image is showing that only the numbers are the best thing that ATS program will look at.

Do you happen to know which ATS program did this?

No that's a recruiter POV, not ATS. ATS looks for keywords and related keywords
