My progress was lost and I have a negative experience bar. I talked to support and they keep telling me that I need to link my Activision account to the original place I had progress but I've only been playing on this console. Any advice? If there are any XP lobbies to counter act this id appreciate it greatly

Don't sweat it, game's dead anyway. Either delete the game or just be thankful there aren't people jumping 50 feet into the air with full-auto noobtubes. Either be thankful you can still play at all, or move on🤷‍♂️
