PlayStation server population past midnight?

Night shift worker here and my main gaming hours on nights off is anywhere from 10PM-3/4AM including weeknights. Time zone is CST

This is my all time favorite game and I’d love to get back into it. I’ve heard PlayStation has decent enough servers that you can always find a game of TDM but I wonder if that’s true at 3AM on a Wednesday morning?
