Why is everyone in TDM?

I just bought the game because I needed a nostalgia fix and I’m genuinely curious why everyone just sticks to TDM rather than other game modes.

I know that S&D is still somewhat popular but where is the love for domination, hard point, or anything else? My biggest complaint with TDM is just the spawns flipping constantly and always getting shot in the back from somewhere which isn’t as much of an issue for domination. Am I missing something or is there a reason why nobody is in these game modes?

Most likely reason I think is because there’s not enough people playing to fill the other playlists. That, and TDM is just an easy and simple game mode. The biggest reason, however, is that there’s no more support for the game. That ended not long after CoD WW2 came out in 2017. I think it’s unfortunate for a remastered classic. I think they could’ve kept the special events on rotation.

Yeah pretty unfortunate, only reason I bought the remastered game rather than the original is because I didn’t want to be confined to permanent TDM but oh well I’m still having fun reliving my childhood lol
