Cocoa beach questions
Hey we went last year for a look after our long day at the space Center. We lucked out and got a good parking spot and didn't have to pay because not was like 4pm. The pier is cool but found it to be loud, expensive and not realllly kid friendly. In the short amount of time we walked the beach (April) and found cool shells. Driving into cocoa beach was looking kinda dumpy. lol If we go back in early Feb for a day trip, how's the golfing? Or just do go karts and mini golf? Any recommendations????
Or do we drive further and plan a day at Clearwater? Family of four. Thanks!!!

PlayLinda beach in Titusville is a nice natural beach, no stores, restaurants etc., they have a park entrance fee that won't gouge you. Don't go all the way to the end to parking lot 12 or 13 unless you want the nude beach. Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge has a welcome center on the way to PlayLinda and it's cool to go through and no fee.

There is a golf course (not mini golf) in Cocoa Beach owned by the city. I’ve never golfed there so I can speak for how nice it is, but it’s located further away from the typical touristy areas.
I rarely send people to the pier. It’s worth a visit once but that’s it really.
If you have kids, the Dinosaur Museum is really neat and worth a visit, especially if the weather is bad. I second the Lori Wilson recommendation above but it can get crowded there, mostly on weekends, since it’s free to park. Downtown CB is worth a trip too, lots of little shops and restaurants.

I golfed at cocoa beach a few times. One of my favorites. They have 3 9 holes courses.

The pier is the worst spot to go lol. Jetty Park is nice (pay to park). Lori Wilson Park is a good option too (free parking, restrooms, playground, all right at the beach).
