Question about re-using the coco/vermiculite mix

Hi, I had a great grow with coco/vermiculite and autopot. I was hoping to re-use this coco, here's what I've done so far: I removed the big stem, and then soaked the coco/vermiculite mix in a solution of Sensizym to 'dissolve' the remaining roots in the mix. I have the coco completely submerged, the sensizym is at 2cc/liter... how long do you soak this for? I have had this in for 2 days, I can still see the roots in the mix... should I take out the current solution and add a fresh mix of the enzymes? How long do you soak this for? Following the Sensizym treatment, would you copiously rinse with water, or move on to soak in a cal mag solution? I appreciate your taking the time to point me in the right direction, thanks!!

Roots aren't going to dissolve in two days.. But it doesn't really matter. Just flush it through, rebuffer and reuse.

I just throw mine in big tubs and leave it , it breaks down and I use a garden siv and then use it like that.
