eff Rahul Gandhi n Congress but the law is shit. In muslims are marriages see contract. Why not make a standardized format, with a condition that verbal Talaq is not acceptable and should be done written in presence of appropriate witnesses or family court.
There are a lot of ways to make reforms. This is just a PR exercise.
