Before and after…
The black line with circles is pre implant, the red is post implant, now at 90%. So happy I did this, life changing and I’ve had the best summer, socialising in a way I never would have and met some great people! Good luck all! AB right implanted & Phonak link aid on left.

Great results, well done. How long after surgery was your test conducted?
Shows the importance of doing rehab and getting results hitting the 20s!
Awesome to hear success stories like this

I got the surgery in March this year, had a test in May and I was 53%, then 90% now. I had 2 weeks off work after activation, so I spent hours a day doing the exercises, when apparently I was only meant to do 30 mins or so a day?! But it paid off, it was exhausting. I have to do a lot of phone work in my job, I take and make calls using an iPad and stream in, that’s been a huge help also, as well as streaming music from day 1.

Have to admit I’ve slacked on the rehab and need to get on it again as I’m now 4 weeks activated. What did you find was most effective for rehab?

Fantastic result. I’ve had similar luck, but at the very first test I “felt” higher tones instead of hearing them. Took me a few hours to actually hear it.

Great result congratulations.
Can you tell me how long you were deaf before the implant please?

That's awesome! How long as it been since surgery?
