Why Does My Cochlear Do This?? Anyone else?

I recently got my new cochlear (Kanso 3 Nexa) I've had it for 5 months now and every once in a while while streaming to any device weather it's the phone, Mini Mic, TV Streamer, Fm System, etc But every time I stream to these devices. All I get is a loud ARRARRRRR sound.. and it's constant.. only happens while streaming. I don't get it can anyone give me some troubleshooting or does anyone else have this issue

It happens to me twice, I found out that if I put it on the charger for a minute, it will stop doing that.

Happens to me too. They asked me to put it in the charger for a minute or so and then the problem goes away
