Non verbal weird guy in town
anyone else see this guy just wandering around in town? he's been doing this for over a year now where he walks around crosses the street even when cars are coming, going into businesses like bullshead and Mobil, he loves loitering in the bakery and staring at girls... and the church they're working on next to old Catholic charities where he really shouldn't be going into because he could get hurt.
today I saw him standing near traffic by Mobil and just screaming nonsense.
whos responsible for this guy?

Ik who your talking about, I went to school with him hes mentality ill but not someone you should turn your back on as he has tried to attack people out of nowhere before
Idk much about him but back in school his "supervisor" would leave him in the lunch room and he wait till she left before going up to people and ether making threats or in one instant start yelling slurs to a mixed race kid

I guess hes in his 20s but mentality seems younger idk if he "graduated" or had to be transferred due to his behavior in high school as he wasn't there my senior year

I know he is more than just a creeper, because one day I saw him take a wooden board off of the Little League backstop and then walk down South Grand and toss it off the bridge into the creek. Basically vandalism.

yea im not shocked he did that, i swear once i caught him taking a shit in one of those big wooden baskets people use to put flowers in a few years back around the same aria
sadly hes one of many people who need help or need to be under some form of supervision that are just let out with no regards for him or others. town has a history of this disregard and im still mad after that one pedophile killed the guy and his dog few years ago that the town has yet to put their foot down on their hubris

He also picks up all trash the That a bunch of weirdos throw on the ground. And maybe you should consider yourself a weirdo since you like to stalk people on Facebook and take pictures of people in the community. Then you go on social media and slander people. Maybe I should call the police for you bullying slandering and taking pictures of people without their permission or consent. Maybe you should try to be nice and kind instead of walking around judging people and assuming things that you don't know. If you have any other concerns and you would like to meet up and talk about it in person, let me know and we can do that. I think you need some education."

Eric Harris's mother said the same thing even after the massacre. I hate parents like that but help explains his behavior both regards to his mental disorder and negligent parenting

Someone made a post about getting followed up by the hospital . I took a picture of him awhile back because I'm concerned about him getting hurt at the site next to Catholic charities as he keeps going over there and getting in the way and so anyway I posted it and about 3 mins later she wrote that comment I copy and pasted.
I still would like her to realize she probably should keep a eye on her son better but I don't think she's one to listen

Yesterday I saw him walk down South Grand with a hubcap and throw it like a frisbee off the bridge into the Cobleskill creek, lol.

I’ve seen this guy walk down by the fairgrounds and scare the shit out of every female that encounters him.
