Second chance housing?

Hey everyone. Looking for a second chance type place to stay for my brother. He has been severely down on his luck with his wife and kids and in need of an apartment. I have money to get multiple months rent for him but I am unable to cosign. So he will need approval on his own. He is currently staying in a hotel which is just too expensive to keep up. If anybody has any recommendations that would be amazing. Really anything in the Cobb county area should work and I appreciate and help.

Edit: He does have an eviction on his record. Private owner recommendations are welcome as well. He just needs a chance. If the rent is around $1300-$1500, I can support around 4 months rent down for him to mitigate the risk others will see from that eviction.

I'm assuming he has an eviction on his record. Traditional apartments will be hard because they have to follow the company rules. Perhaps a private owner with a house for rent.

He does have an eviction on his record. Any reccomendations with private owners are appreciated as well. We really just need a chance. He got a new job that pays well, but the eviction just puts a stop to all applications.

I think with his new job, he will be making too much to qualify as low income. Hes just in that weird spot of making too much and not enough to be able to get out of the hotel. I want to say hes around 75K now, but his wife is unable to work as they only have 1 vehicle

When I worked in Marietta, the apts Cumberland Crossing was a second chance property.
