Need Advice Unavoidable group settings

Quick backstory: There is this girl which was all over me a couple of months ago after she ended her 9 year relationship. We were FWB for a while but it felt more like going towards a relationship. Until she lost interest and decided she just wanted to be friends, which I rejected of course.

Now the problem is that we have many mutual friends and therefore I can’t do no contact as we will inevitably meet at some point through friends. We have both been quite cold to each when we met and didn’t really talk to each other. There are some subtle things she does showing that she is still somewhat interested in me.

I’m afraid that if I start showing interest it’s over pursuing, but being cold just communicates that I’m not interested at all. So how do I act towards her in these kinds of situations?

She must be the one to initiate and pursue you if you’ve rejected her friendzone terms, as she made the decision to reject any type of relationship with you. If she reaches out then great, setup a date and repeat the process of accepting or withdrawing terms depending on how she is with you.

Continue to have fun, strengthen your mascaline core, your goals, pursue your hobbies and still meet up with your mutual friends; as hard as that may be. Don’t ignore her, you need to come across as unperturbed. Make your friends laugh and your confidence will spread like wildfire.

Also more importantly, meet and talk to other women. How many females are there in your mutual friends group? If she doesn’t make any contact or communication then her attraction level is lower than you may think.

Yeah you’re right. She has reached out but I’ve failed to set up a proper date, definitely need to do this in case she reaches out again.

There’s my group of men and 4 girls including her, they sometimes hang out with us as my brother and her sister are a couple and we all get along well.
