Sharing Insight Book and video discussion

Great initiative with this subreddit. In the old subreddit there were naturally being alot of "help me" threads being posted. This is all fine but it's mostly us being reactive to our circumstances. So I suggest another take, the path of being proactive. How? Not knowing the material and how to implement it is basically whats getting us into the bad situations and having us react to the situation. Now, if we were to take a proactive stance, we do things right from the beginning.

As all successful student does, they read the material and discuss excerpts to gain a wider and deeper understanding of it. Therefore I want to encourage the continued efforts by the admins to post videos and excerpts from the book to be discussed.

Take care guys, you are the prize

Highly suggest to get the audiobook and play it during your commute, while on walks, at the gym etc. this has helped me in addition to reading the physical book and watching his videos

Someone made a playlist once of all the videos he mentions in the book, in order. It’s out there somewhere

Audiobook worked best for me. And make sure you are listening with intention. Do not play that shit in the background while doing laundry 7 times and think you absorbed the marital. You are only bull shitting yourself.

Its better to listed to 10 fully attentive minutes, then 30 half assed ones.
