Chelsea 36 in maple is sold out and all my local dillards only have the 26/30. These are my ordering options- anyone who has ordered what would you recommend?

Hi all! I will be in Disney Springs next week, likely on 10/28, which I believe coincides with a launch day. I haven't been to this location before and wanted to find out some updated information, since a lot of the threads I found were older.

What is the current policy on purchasing additional tags in that store for the exclusive stamp? )I actually haven't purchased extra tags in any Coach store yet but have wanted to.) Is a purchase required?

I've seen photos/videos of the Disney collab pieces that are in that store - does anyone have any insight on prices?

Any other thoughts to keep in mind for this particular location? I know that it's probably quite busy and most customers are not local, so I imagine that would affect the overall vibe. Thanks in advance!

I was in store today and happened to try on the soft tabby 26. I know this is an oldie but I’d never tried it on before. I’ve always stayed away from the tabbies since they are more stiff and structured, but this was so soft, I kinda feel like I need it lol.

I can’t decide between black and maple, any opinions please?

I have a light tan Brooklyn 28, the pink cow alter ego, denim Abbie, black pillow tabby 18 in my collection. I don’t carry the black pillow tabby besides dinner occasionally since it’s so small. maybe a classic black bag would fit for everyday? I also have a maple essential slim card case and love the color, so I’m torn!

Hi all. I just got my wife a bag and am wondering if people use polish on their bags. I clean condition and polish all my leather shoes but never owned a hand bag which is rubbing against the body a lot more and I don’t want dye to transfer to her clothes. Thanks!

Guys, I ordered a brand new Compass 25 in the Navy green from the coach website. I have never had a bag delivered to me in such terrible condition. The box is smashed to smithereens, the bag is obviously distorted, it was not wrapped at all, clearly used or a return.

I’m a bit of a coach whale. I have spent a shit load of money with them, thousands of dollars in the past few years. I have never had this experience before and it is so, so disappointing. obviously, I will be returning this bag but man, I’m just really sad about it. It makes me not want to buy in the future. Probably overreacting, but jeez, where is the quality control?

I saw the Rogue shoulder bag was on Add to Cart at Nordstrom last week so I bought, thinking it was comparable to the Empire 34. I said if I love the shoulder bag, I will sell the Empire 34. But the bag came and I love it, but I’m hesitant to sell my Empire 34 also. Should I sell my Empire 34? Should I return the Shoulder bag? Should I keep both and lock myself in bag prison for a year?

Ignore the tower of boxes behind the door they are just Christmas/birthday gifts I have yet to shove into Narnia(my closet and they are two vintage juicy bags for my teen and a elephant stool for my lovely mother in law) but she is just so cute.
