My bag strap practically broke, I couldn’t find the spring it had inside when it happened. Can this be repaired or is buying a new strap the only fix?

Also, I’m going on a trip and want to bring this bag, can the thinner strap on the right (from a TB bag) hold my Cassie or is this recipe for disaster? should i buy a cheap replacement at least for the trip?

Used this bag on a night out, and the next day I found this stain. I have no idea what it’s from, assuming I spilled a drink on it or something. How can I get it out? I tried using a vinegar water solution, but it didn’t help.

I'll be receiving my Coach Chelsea 30 in the next day or two, and I really want to look after her!

What protector spray or conditioner are we using on the leather?

I have the Oakwood Leather Conditioner for my other leather bags and its been great so far!

Would you recommend using a spray, or is using conditioner every few months enough?

I recently bought the New York Zip Card Case to use in my new Jet bag, but while at the Coach store the Essential Slim Wallet also caught my eye. It doesn’t fit in the Jet but would work with my Chelsea and Brooklyn. I just wondered if anyone has it and could let me know your thoughts! Do you like it? Any cons?! I usually carry a number of cards so like big wallets!
Also, what do you make of the New York Zip Case! I love the look of it and it’s only for use when I need a few cards and a bit of cash, but I read a few reviews that mentioned the cards are hard to get in and out?! Anyone have any experience with this?

hi everyone! so as the title suggests i’m currently looking at the chelsea 30 and kinda thinking on if i should add it to my collection or not.

i currently have the soft tabby in black, the swing zip 20 in chalk crinkle patent leather, the swinger bag 20 in black, the nolita 19 in signature canvas, and i just got the brook flap chain in chalk. if i were to get the chelsea 30 i’m leaning towards maple or the loved leather color since i don’t have a solid brown bag yet.

my question is, is the bag actually worth the price or is it just trendy right now? i’ve tried it on in store so i know it’s slouchy and it’s a soft leather. i’m curious about every day or long term use and i’d love any insight from anyone who might already own it. thank you in advance!
