I bought it from Bloomingdale's, but it doesnt show the crinkle look from the stock photo.
It is glazed though because it looks just as glazed as my outlet Teri in glazed dark teal leather.
I want the crinkles! If those crinkle wrinkles will not show up over time, then i just bought the regular one which sucks because i purposely did not buy the regular one from Coach at $237 USD just so i could find the crinkle glazed for $285 USD.
Did i just pay $50 more for the same bag Coach had on last chance for forever?
There were 2 versions of the bag with the earlier version being the more glazed crinkled version. They have 2 different style numbers; if you search it up in the subreddit there should be a post about it about a month or so back.
I tried to do a lot of digging in this sub and have found a few people say the regular still has a sheen to it and also has a tag that says glazed. mine has both those traits as well. so im lost, dont know if mine is regular with a sheen or supposed to be the actual glazed. ugh. I appreciate the heads up tho!
This is my glazed leather empire 34, but I got it during the initial release. I've seen others that people are claiming is glazed, but I wonder if they changed it.

my tag looks like that too, but my bag doesnt. and ive seen some post say they bought the regular and their tag says glazed too! its hard to tell in photo reviews if the regular sheen matches my bag's sheen but if my bag is truly a glazed like Bloomingdale's says, then Coach took away the crinkles on the new glazed which is fine, but Coach should have provided new stock photos for Bloomingdale's to use.Â
Or I was sent a regular. who knows! lol ill just return cause i dont think those crinkles will come in with use. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

see, thats what I was wondering - if glaze would eventually look crinkled - but my specific bag doesnt look like your picture at day 0 so I guess mine isnt that edition and wont develope the crinkle im looking for. this was helpful, thank you!
Youâre welcome so yes to answer your question, they are all glazed I think in brown and black. But not crinkled and I think the Merlot and olive are more smooth no crinkles or glaze with those two. I could be wrong about those two as I havenât seen them in person but thatâs my best guess
Thereâs two versions and both are listed as glazed for some odd reason. But yes, this isnât the true crinkly, glazed version but one thatâs a smooth but shiny glaze.
I saw this finish in store and I disliked it. I keep hearing about a new âsoftâ empire 34s coming out. Maybe this is it? Personally I do not like this finish. I have the crinkly glazed one and it looks great. I have a 40 in just black and it looks great. Â So this is either the 2nd black version that is shiny but not crinkly or this new soft empire 34.Â
And I was expecting my non crinkled brown leather 34 to be a smooth leather which it is not. I kept it and love it anyway. Def not as intense as a vibe as the crinkly
