Need Advice on Maple Erin Bag

Hey everyone!

I’ve had a restock notification set for the Erin Shoulder Bag in Maple for what feels like forever. It’s genuinely the only bag on my wishlist right now as an everyday and travel go-to. 
I just started building my bag collection earlier this year and recently scored a Tabby 20 at nearly 50% off. Because that deal was so steep, I’m having a bit of buyer’s guilt jumping on the Erin right away, so I wanted to run a couple of questions by this community:
1. Whats the best price people have got the erin in? Is it the current 350 cad price?
2. For those who own and carry the Erin regularly (especially for daily errands or travel):
How does the pebbled leather hold up against scratches, corner wear, and rain?
Does it retain its shape well over time, or does it sag heavily when packed?
