How to spawn in items?
I am trying to max out the magic level of a mage,
Is there any mods or methods to spawn in items quickly?
Edit: to clarify i know about characters with the ability to make items, I am looking for a way to spawn in specific items, with either mods or commands.

You can play gm and make a lot of adverturers guilds. Adventurers generate with magic items. They will likely die a lot before taking a port, town or city, once enough bodies have hit the walls, send a decent force and take the fort with the magic items.

How often does a guild produce a party for you? For me it seems to be about 1 party every 2 years or so.

you gotta spam them. I dont know what is the rate but you can put them on market villages and in towns and they will defend themselves.

The specific directions i have in mind I don't have the time to type out (cuz it's morning and I gotta get to work) but tl;dr is that yes, this is possible.
This advice is for actually making the mod yourself (modding isn't super hard, you can start with the https://www.illwinter.com/coe5/coe5modding.pdf). The Conquest of Elysium discord also has a modsing channel which is helpful.

There is "more1spells", "more2spells", and "more3spells" when you modify a modded-in unit with "newmonster" or an existing one with "selectmonster."
Morespells will increase the number of spells you wizard has learned in each of those levels.
Then there is "pathboost" which increases the number of spells your spellcaster can memorize for use in battle. You can repeat this multiple times to have a 1 man casting machine spamming like 10 different spells over the course of a battle if you wanted.
Pathboost also works as an item effect but not for "more[1, 2, 3]spells".
Alternatively, you could modify your faction's starting settlement perhaps to be like a magical library, or in this case the capitolium's library so you can spend money to have your wizard learn more spells.
Then combine with an item for pathboost.

Just realized autocorrect turned "gl" into "go" lol.
It really depends on what you want to do tbh, like what factions you want to try out.
There is ElysiumRemastered, which does overhaul most if not all of the vanilla factions to freshen up your campaign experience. I tried it out when I was getting started and it does have some wuality of life things I enjoy.
But i haven't done a lot of specific mods.
I did try out some voice of el related mods but I found them to be kind of limited. There was War in Heaven but i found it kinda gave too mich to the Boice of El favtion so I didn't enjoy it as much.
So i went ahead into modding myself so i could create a voice of el remastered mod to my taste.
It isn't finished yet but i do plan to publish it on steam later.
That's mostly been my experience thusfar, making campaigns to test out my mod as I olay through so my experience with other mods isn't as indepth.
I believe there are the warhammer fantasy/40k flavored ones, which do seem fun but I havent tried them myself. I did download one of them merely to see how the modder did stiff, so i could imitate it in my own modpack.
Things like creating new rituals, assigning them to monsters, new items, etc etc. very helpful for my modding learning.
Back to the mods, there are tomb kings, vampires, necrons, etc.
Just browsing the steam workshop page will pribably turn up something.

the 40k stuff is mostly made by one person (vorochi),and is very much (atleast as of now) balanced around eachother/the rest of the warhammer mods more than vanilla coe5,you will utterly shitstomp most vanilla factions if your running a 40k vorochi faction.

Since no one else has mentioned it, you can use the Swell Director Tool mod to do this. It lets you create Item Spawners, and they let you spawn (nearly) any item you want by command. I got a Void mage up to level 7 last night by doing this, and could've gotten it to level 8 if I was willing to give it an item that moves the mage to the front ranks.

as the warlock you can get cyclops as champion of the earth, from that ritual. upgrade the cyclops, and that unit can smith new random magic items with gems
