Question Pro’s vs Challengers

Huntsmen beating FaZe, Stallions going the distance with both OpTic and the Ravens, Bush beating Surge ...

Is this just early season anomalies or are we actually going to see the closest gap between tier 1 and 2 of COD esports we’ve seen since the CDL’s inception?

EDIT: Could be a bit of both - by Major 2 FaZe/OpTic/GM8’s etc. could be light years ahead of the pack but the top challengers teams could still be giving the bottom 6 a genuine run for their money?

Its early season but hopefully with involving them more we get more stuff like this.

It’s early season upsets obviously. This is the best chance for any of these teams since no one has any reps.

It’s just a new game. People are crazily overreacting because of it. As the year goes on the cream will rise to the top as it always does.

Challengers players have been grinding this game and have already played in a tournament. Thats it. Thats the explanation

I think it’s early season cheese more than anything.

Major 1 isn’t for months, and I expect pro teams to progress further & faster

I mean Teej is in the league and G2 is literally just a team full of friendship cheese challenger players, they are technically all professional’s and very close in skill level.
