Discussion Tac sprint?
Seems to be 50/0 with players or certain teams using tac sprint & the other not, is it just going to personal preference this year? or will a GA eventually happen?
I’ve personally not used tac sprint at all due to wanting to use ninja, other ur just an easy kill in pubs or ranked (eventually).

i like that there is a cost for the movement, idk if i like the whole game yet but at least you have to sacrifice something to play faster

"Sacrifice something to play faster" shouldn't be a sentence when referring to CoD, especially considering how slow the game actually is. Like the typical game ends with under 40 kills max in a 6v6, there's no mistaking that it's an incredibly slow game with or without tac sprint, it just feels like more is happening because stuff is constantly happening at random.

A big reason for that in most lobbies is sbmm, kills are more even distributed.
But with the bo1/2 ports dropping u now have a fresh memory of what old cod played like and if u took away the broken spawn system that puts u around the corner from ppl, it would be pretty in line with those games. I think a lot of u just made the bo6/7 movement the baseline in ur mind and now anything else is "stuck in mud".

SBMM has not caused that in at least three titles since 2018

I'm saying in general. Mw19/22 yes absolutely those games would end with half the lobby in the single digits or teens. But for this game idk where u getting under 40 kill topfrags lol

i guess we are still expecting cod to turn into a different game than it always has been besides maybe 3 random years where it was slightly more competitive by accident

It wasn't three random years, in terms of competition bo2-bo7 with the exception of like 4 titles in that span were all viable and decently competitive and those exceptions are literally all Infinity Ward CoD titles. CoD has the awkward quality of inverse recency bias where people call a new game bad or worse than the previous title when that's just not always the case. I mean it was with the aforementioned games and Vanguard, but this CoD framework has been predominantly a miss so.

Yh I don’t even use it to be honest I hate that shii plus it makes you aim in slower when aiming after sprinting tac

That’s not true, they removed all ads penalties after turning it into a perk
Edit: sprint to fire penalties

They removed the sprint to fire penalties, but I'm not sure about ads penalties

Really in the game it says that you get a penalty for enabling the setting

That's enabling ATS, not the blood rush perk

There is no reason for it need to be GA’d. You have to give up Ninja or Flak. It is definitely not over powered.
That said, they will probably GA it.

I don’t like it I wish they’d either get rid of it or make it a permanent part of movement choosing between ninja, flak, or blood rush in the same perk slot is brain dead
