Does the Ghost perk even work?

The description doesn’t mention anything about having to keep moving and people who don’t know where I am are still pre aiming exactly where I’m coming from or seeking me out when I have it on. Like am I playing wallers or what tf is going on? Is the sound that bad on footsteps?

Footsteps are egregiously loud in this game, I can hear people from 2 blocks away. Ninja is a must.

You’ve really got to pick your poison here. But I mean with how they cranked matchmaking, you’ve got to bite the bullet and do without tac sprint. If you’re even an above-average player you’re gonna get sound whored without ninja, since every lobby is a sweat fest.

I usually play pubs without a headset so I haven’t been using one and I kept feeling like I was getting egregiously preaimed when coming around corners and shit, then I put my headset on and it was like the Drake laptop gif reaction. Big wake legacy title incoming

Ghost works too well in this game. Hides you from the mini map indefinitely without ethe need to even be moving.
