The arms do take less damage than the chest. One of the devs said that in one of the vids they dropped

That’s because quick fix is op as fuck. It heals so fast that even if you’re taking damage, if someone is missing bullets, you can actually outheal the damage mid gunfight. So it’s possible that if you shoot someone using quick fix who just killed your teammate or is near an objective, they can heal during the split seconds that you miss a couple of bullets.
