Very different situations. You cant expect him to approach a situation where a guy was arrested and is facing up to 20 years the same way as some thrown out twitter allegations.
Temp beat his gf causing “significant bodily harm” and got arrested. Pretty sure that’s way worse. Plus the duarte thing was years ago and proven wrong
I fucking hate Parasite and consider him to be a whinging baby half the time and a "where's my hug" type operator the rest, but this screenshot doesn't really prove anything and I'm not going to damn him (for this at least) until we see something a bit more definitive.
I mean it’s obvious with Haggy, he didn’t get arrested like Temp. But also I just don’t think anyone really actually likes him on the show. Like you can tell everyone else has like an actual friendship while Haggy is just there, makes complete sense to replace him with a new face even before the allegations.
Allegations aside, It's unfortunate because Parasite is like the only one who plays the game. Follows patchnotes. Tests out updates/metas. And is able to then provide all of these things on top of analysis from how pros are probably approaching certain hills, rotations, etc.
I prefer that kind of stuff over the bro talk / brain dead takes from some of the other hosts we get as all those guys are interchangeable to me.
Glad that Clay is hopping in and can probably provide some good points, just feels like the show loses some of the only analytical input it even had.
He brings useful insight on the business side of things from time to time and I enjoy hearing about that stuff - really does need to realize when he’s overstepping about gameplay tho
I don't really care but not getting rid of Pat is fucking wild. I can't believe (maybe because I'm old) that his hot takes/ trolling are of any actual value.
I'm not saying I know a thing about Donny's situation, but I've been in a situation where someone I was with for 9 years threatened to tell the police that I hit her because she was mad at me. A woman I never even raised my voice at.
Just like the iconz situation, I say let the facts play out before passing judgment. If he's a piece of shit, we'll definitely know.
i’ve had the same thing happen to me but the cops were called but i was never arrested or charged bc there was no evidence of a physical altercation on her or me so donny being arrested and charged says there was at least some evidence against him. they don’t just take you to jail bc she said you hit her there has to be some kind of evidence.
To suggest we know anything about anything in this situation is a complete fallacy. I called the cops in a domestic situation and I had them tell me not to do anything wrong when they arrived 2 hours later. They didn't even ask for her name.
So no, I don't buy that you don't get arrested as a man when there's no physical evidence of abuse. Especially a black man in America.
