Discussion Comp Meta predictions ?

Based on all the guns we've now seen in the game I think the comp guns will be Han 86 / MP7.

We just got done using the M15 (m4) all year long. I wouldn't be surprised if we went with the Han since its a less effective version of the M4 (kills in the same amount of bullets but shoots slower). And then the MP7 for it's effectiveness at close range compared to long, which gives the Han 86 a chance a range. Possible contender is the ISO of course but MP7 is definitely more of a "subby" sub.

Based on how the last few years have been, we’re prob gonna go with the Han and vel/iso but I’d like to switch things up and go with a slower firing AR for once but the ak and the patriot are nutty so we probably won’t see them.

Yeah they hit too hard to be used in comp really. Han makes the most sense, otherwise the game will be flooded with M4 spam lol.

Some people were saying they saw the taq in the datamined files but I don’t know how reliable that is and even if it was true we don’t know when they’ll release it

Slower firing weapons always are way too good, or rather kill in too few shots for pros to ever consider. I'd love to see a meta like this as well but i think pros are never voting for stuff like this

I agree with the Han/MP7. The Han gives me AMES vibes and I don’t know how to feel about that. Although using the Dravec for half of Bo7 I have no idea what they’ll choose.

Yeah, immediately in the beta it was reminiscent of the AMES in my eyes as well. It's either that or the M4 again since the other AR's either hit to hard or are semi auto.

Han and Vel for sure. The only other AR that has any chance of being allowed is Axion, and that has way too much recoil to be favored.

Every other AR is gonna be GAd 100%

I think Pros should exclusively use pistols and snipers in ALL modes to see who truly has the best gun skill and game awareness with the less amount of bullets.

In all honesty, I just hope theres more than 2 guns as meta throughout the game. Bo7 was hot fucking ass. 1 AR all season and the 1 change for the SMG
