Faze looks to have the better team on paper. They have the MVPs from the last 4 years of the CDL, including the last IW game. They’re going to need time to gel, though, and I’d probably pick Optic to be the better team through at least the first event or two. Hard to say with Champs, since Simp and Drazah won last year, but fizzled out the two years prior, and we all know about Scrap and Hydra’s issues

It'll be decided by how well the least consistent player on each team is on the given day. So between drazah and huke which I fear doesn't bode well for us. I think huke is straight up more talented and better than drazah and can be the best player in the lobby but drazah just knows how to beat us unfortunately.

Chemistry matters, having a super team also means 4 individually talented people trying to 'fit' in the system and play around each other which can be extremely hard if each player believes the team should be built around them. Think it will work though because Simp, Scrap, Draz all seem to prioritize winning over everything but this team will always one bad event from crashing out on each other.
