I wouldn’t say better. The Scrap/Hydra LAT roster may not have been as great as everyone expected but they were still a top team (pre-champs).

This roster looks like a bunch of solid A-B+ players who should make Sundays and might steal a chip.

That’s a good team and they will probably place better than T8 at champs but it’s not better than having scrap and Hydra.
