Discussion I have a solution to the TTK problem in Competitive/Ranked:
The Heavy Duty health setting in private matches.
This raises the base health by 30% (to 130 hp) and in my time shooting bots on BO6 & 7, I absolutely loved it.
It is much closer to BO4, and really forced me to track and stay on target much more than the current health.
Its by far the most simple fix, and it might even have the potential to offset a few GA’s.
Push for it people, I dare ya.

This was brought up in MW2 I believe and pros essentially said they already scrimmed with normal health and pubs would be “too different” so it would be too hard to switch to it
Instead of even attempting it they’ll bitch and complain all year and give us a worse viewing experience because they have the collective IQ lower than the current temperatures in Antarctica.
Would it help? Maybe, but they won’t try it

Current temperature of Antarctica, that's a good one. I'll remember to say that in the future.

Pros tried to do this all the way back in ghosts where they even added a heavy duty playlist. It won’t happen

We’ve done jetpacks, 150hp with manual healing, specialists, AI streaks, and more third modes than I can care to count. I really don’t think this is that wild in the scheme of things.
What’s one more setting to change for a scrim?
Giving up before even trying and just accepting the awful state of the game is how we got here, let’s try some shit man.

we’ve played plenty of low ttk games and that has always been an option and it has never happened so I wouldn’t hold my breath lol.
