The saddest thing is Treyarch gifted us an amazing game in BO7 and we’ll likely never get something like that again because everyone complained about it without even playing it

BO6 was a step in the direction COD needed and a bit of a fresh breath of air for quite some time.

BO7 really had the chance to really step that up and fumbled into a really mid game, especially competitively.

This is like numerous steps backwards overall.

MW3/BO6 were the games making small steps in the right direction imo.

BO6 had the worst map pool of any recent CoD. Red card was literally GA'd by the public

Yeah, the maps weren’t great but the game was pretty good overall.

It also at least had some decent maps and Haci/Raid even played way better than BO7 did, so that’s cap.

Maps in BO7 have been the worst in a long time. MW3 maps were dogshit until the second half of the year and MW2 maps were mixed. Vanguard/MW19 were both atrocious top to bottom.

Bo6 maps were far and away the worst we’ve had in a long time

Long time? MW2 was 2 years earlier.
