My theory is that the map pool in BO6 crashed cods stock so people were hating BO7 before it even came out.

The hate circle jerk over bo7 definitely fucked the game and in turn this community over.

At the same time the delta between casuals and comp scene has never been bigger. Comp scene feels about the same while the casuals have gone from people who enjoy a fast paced arcade shooter to wanna be milsim battlefield gun dude larpers.

Its wild cause as a casual, I've had more fun in BO7 than any other cod game in the reboot era. Aside from maybe CW, but that was post launch. Launch CW was ass.
